Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Mubarak Sahayata is a private assistance service. We help people fill in applications for Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Ration Card, Passport and West Bengal government schemes. We are not a government body and we have no official affiliation with any government department.

In this policy, "we" means Mubarak Sahayata and "you" means anyone using this website.

2. How this website works

This website is a static site. It has no server or database of its own in which your information is stored. Nothing you type on this site is sent to a server, and nothing is saved anywhere.

To understand which pages are visited most, we use Google Analytics. It gives us only aggregate statistics (such as which service pages are popular) — it never receives your name, phone number, or anything you type into a form. We use no advertising pixels and do not track anyone by personal identity.

3. How the enquiry form actually works

The form asks for your name, phone number, the service you need and a message. When you press the submit button, what you typed is assembled into a WhatsApp message and your own WhatsApp app opens.

We receive nothing until you send that message yourself. Before sending you can read it, edit it, or cancel it entirely. In other words, you stay in full control of what reaches us.

4. What information we receive

When you choose to contact us, we receive:

• On WhatsApp: your name, phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and any message or file you send.
• On a phone call: your phone number and whatever you tell us during the conversation.
• By email: your email address and the contents of your message.
• Any documents or photographs you choose to send us for the task.

5. Documents and sensitive information

To complete an application you may voluntarily send documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, or photographs. We use them only to carry out the specific task you asked for, and for nothing else.

Please do not send more documents than the task requires. Once the work is finished, we will delete what you sent if you ask us to.

We will never ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN or bank password. If anyone asks for these in the name of Mubarak Sahayata, it is a fraud attempt. Please tell us immediately.

6. How we use your information

• To answer your question.
• To carry out the specific task you asked us to do.
• To contact you about the progress of that task or to ask for anything still needed.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

7. Cookies

This website sets its own cookie for language: msLang. Its only job is to remember whether you chose Bengali or English. It lasts for one year in your browser.

Google Analytics also stores a few cookies (such as _ga) to count visitors in aggregate. No cookie contains your name, number or other personal detail, and we use no advertising cookies. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

8. Third-party services

Using this website involves the following outside services:

• WhatsApp (Meta): pressing a WhatsApp button sends your message through WhatsApp, where their own privacy policy applies to it.
• Google Fonts: the page fonts are served from Google servers, which means your IP address may reach Google when a page loads.
• Google Analytics: we use it to understand aggregate site usage; it sends your IP address and general page-view data to Google, where Google's own privacy policy applies.
• Email: our email address is hosted on Gmail, so Google policies apply to anything you email us.
• Government portals: the official websites we link to are outside our control and have their own separate policies.

9. How long we keep information

Because this website has no database, nothing is retained on the website itself.

Messages you send by WhatsApp or email remain in those accounts until they are deleted. Once a task is complete, we will delete your messages and documents on request.

10. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have rights over your personal data. You may ask us what information of yours we hold, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to erase it.

Contact us through any of the channels listed at the end of this policy and we will act as quickly as we reasonably can. Complaints can be raised the same way.

11. Children

Our service is not directed at anyone under 18. Where documentation work concerns a minor, a parent or legal guardian should be the one contacting us.

12. Security

We take reasonable care to keep what you send us safe. However, no method of transmitting information over the internet or a mobile network is completely secure, so no one can guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when needed. If we do, the "last updated" date shown above will change.
